Gender Awareness for Kosovo Correctional Service Managers

The UNMIK Office of Gender Affairs designed and developed a series of training sessions for the Penal Management Division (PMD) of the Department of Justice to strengthen the mainstreaming of a gender perspective in the PMD’s operations. The workshops served as a means to analyse gender justice issues as well as assisting the participants to identify obstacles and opportunities for gender mainstreaming in their daily work
